Program Director and Lead Teacher. He guides the program with a unique approach to movement research, developed through years of experience in performance, pedagogy, and choreography.

Martial Arts. He integrates martial principles and body awareness to enhance strength, presence, and quality of movement.

Yoga. She offers focused work on alignment, breath, and psycho-physical balance — essential elements for the contemporary dancer.

Feldenkrais Method. Through the functional reorganization of movement, she helps students improve awareness, efficiency, and freedom in the body.
